Add stores one at a time, or import a CSV of every retailer that carries your products.
Drop the "Store locator" section on a page and the "Where to buy" block on product pages from the theme editor.
Tell shoppers which stores carry which products. Assign products by hand, or let a distributor push stock through the API.
